10 on 10 - May 2012

The 10 on 10 photography project is one of my favorites - ten(ish) photos on the 10th of every month. Here's how our day looked on May 10th, 2012, Instagram style:



9 am - making the beds

6 pm - cookies out of the oven. Still searching for THE perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe. This was a new to me one & they're just ok. #10on10


7 pm - doors closed means bedtime for the boys

7 pm - two shut doors means bedtime! Busy last hour - fed, bathed, read to & put to sleep 2 wild boys. Marc's late tonight so now it's me time!! #10on10

8 pm - watering my front porch flowers

8 pm - watering my front porch planters. And thats a wrap on a picture an hour today! #10on10

  1. I don't think I've ever made cookies that took 4 sticks of butter?! Was it a double batch?
    I LOVE new contacts! I was using Acuvue Advance, but wasn't really thrilled with their longevity - so I switched to Acuvue colors - they are sturdier contacts (and they have colors that are transparent so only give a *hint* of color - not even my mom noticed). I love the longevity of these lenses (they last the whole month w/o getting torn), and they are way easier to remove than the Advance's are for me :) I think I'm gonna try a new color next refill! hehe :)

  2. What a fun way to document your life. I take a lot of pictures, but not of everyday stuff. I think I will change that.

  6. I am not sure how many times I've said this - but I am so wanting instagram! Darn Blackberry. Geez. I would love to do 10 on the 10th, I'm also adding it to my calendar. Thanks for sharing!
